How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped within 7days from our warehouse in Canada. Delivery times depend on your chosen shipping option. Once shipped, all orders are tracked from our facility to your door. This way, you can monitor their progress every step of the way.
Can I customize my address sign?
Absolutely! Most of our signs can be personalized with your house number, street name, or both. Just enter your details on the product page, and we’ll take care of the rest.
What is your return policy?
Please note that all of our signs are custom-made. Because of this, we’re unable to offer refunds or returns once your order has been placed.
The only exceptions are if your sign arrives damaged or is found to be faulty. In that case, let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Are your signs weather-resistant?
Yes — all our signs are built to withstand Canadian and U.S. climates. We use durable materials like brushed aluminum and acrylic so your sign stays looking great year after year.
How do I install my new sign?
Each sign comes with the necessary mounting hardware and simple instructions. No special tools are required — most customers can install their sign in less than 30 minutes.
