Order Processing Times
Our orders are processed within 10 days. During seasonal times Black Friday and Holidays orders processing can take up 4 more business days. We appreciate your patience while the order is prepared.
Shipping Times
We ship from our factory located in Canada. We currently ship to the USA and Canada with plans to expand to new countries in 2022.
- Orders shipping within Canada will arrive within 3-5 business days.
- Orders shipping internationally to the USA will arrive within 7-14 working days
Shipping Costs
Order shipping to an address in Canada are free.
Order shipping to an address in The USA are free.
Returns
Since every House Number is custom made, and checked before it is shipped, to comply to the greatest quality, therefore our policy is that it cannot be returned unless was damaged during transportation or stop working.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at aaronsilverstone@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
